LARP in New England

LARP is run all over New England, and not just by NEIL! This page documents other annual theatrical LARPing events in the New England area.

Ongoing Annual Events:

  • Dice/Time Bubble: A weekend-long convention of theatrical LARPs held in Troy, NY. This convention spawned out of the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute crowd, and has been going on for more than a decade.

  • Summer Larpin’: A weekend-long convention of theatrical LARPs held in Boxborough, MA. This convention came from the WPI crowd, growing too large to remain on WPI’s campus.

  • A LARP Festival: A new one-day LARP event held in the greater Boston area. This convention came about as a desire for interconners to have more larps on the books after intercon, and is a revival of the now-defunct Festival of the LARPs (held on Brandeis campus)
