Sheena is the Grand Tsar of Ops, the Big Cheese of the Raffle, and the Head Honcho of Registration this
year. He answers to no one, with the exception of the Grand Poohbah of the Con, Senor Bergeron. But that
is clearly just a formality. Sheena is of course not at all planning on staging a coup to make Intercon a
police state with himself in charge of a platoon of enforcers to keep operations running smoothly. Nope.
None of that at all.
